I opted to rent a scooter for the week instead of a car. You will probably get rained on at least a few times if you do this. I should probably say there was no official scooter rental place on the island and I just had to talk to a few people to find one (as I've done on other islands around the world). Overall, Kosrae had many places to explore both above and below the water. The Pacific TreeLodge is a popular place to stay and they offer diving as well. You can chat with the owner about the sailboat he salvaged and fixed up over a few years... we had plenty in common to chat about. I list of accommodation can be found here.
I really enjoyed my time working in Micronesia and being able to explore so many of the islands out there. The communities are small, close-knit and everyone is usually super friendly. I spent a few days diving the wrecks in Chuuk, then off to explore a new island- Kosrae. They call it the island of the sleeping lady as the mountain range looks like that. There is good surfing and diving on offer. There was a project a few years ago to bouy every major dive site around the island so boaters do not need to drop an anchor to dive. I wish that project would expand across the Pacific! This spares the reef any unnecessary damage and also makes it a lot easier to explore new dive sites if you own a boat! You might even get a pod of dolphins follow you from one of the divesites like in the pictures below. I opted to rent a scooter for the week instead of a car. I just want to say Thank You to everyone who supported me through the years. My name is Manuel Franco, New Berlin, Wisconsin. My story of how I won the Powerball lottery of $768.4M is a bit of a tale. I have been playing Powerball tickets for 6 years now since I turned 18. I bought my first ticket on my 18 birthday. I was feeling very lucky that day because I had contacted Dr. Odunga Michael to help me with the winning Powerball numbers. I really had that great great feeling that I looked at the camera wanting to wink at it. I only did a tiny part of it and trusted him. He gave me the numbers after I played a couple other tickets along with it for $10. I checked my ticket after the winnings came online and saw the numbers were correct including the Power play. I screamed for about 10 minutes because it felt like a dream. I had won $768.4M. You can check my winning testimony with the lottery officials just with my name search. Thank you Dr Odunga. Well, his email is odungaspelltemple@gmail.com and you can also call or Whats-app him at +2348167159012 so you guys can contact him
