This seemed like a popular destination for Australians to purchase property. I saw many listings around town and even in some of the small townships had real estate listings; based on the prices, I don’t think they were geared towards locals. Also, I do not think Vanuatu allows for foreign ownership so the land would be leased for a set amount of time and only the house could be owned… Prices seemed to start around 150-200k Australian Dollars for modest sized places and the prices went up from there. Vanuatu is still an off the beaten path destination. Car and scooter rental is very expensive here for some reason, starting at $75 USD per day. Public buses go most places but patience is a virtue if travelling by public transport… you’re on island time over here.
There is an underwater post office in Vanuatu, maybe the only one in the world. They actually have someone in the booth at certain times, but really it’s just a publicity stunt… The diving and snorkeling was great with very good visibility. I spent a couple weeks and it was pretty similar conditions every time I went out. Port Vila was a larger than I was expecting and there is an island right off the main part of town that has a few pricey resorts. There are a few hikes around the island which is easy enough to get to and explore. Next to the island are many cruising sailboats anchored or moored in the protected part of the bay. This seemed like a fairly popular place to hang out and resupply when sailing around the South Pacific. I didn’t hear of any issues with immigration or vessel clearance from anyone. There was a German flagged sailboat that had just pulled up to the dock when I was there, so people are coming from all over. I just want to say Thank You to everyone who supported me through the years. My name is Manuel Franco, New Berlin, Wisconsin. My story of how I won the Powerball lottery of $768.4M is a bit of a tale. I have been playing Powerball tickets for 6 years now since I turned 18. I bought my first ticket on my 18 birthday. I was feeling very lucky that day because I had contacted Dr. Odunga Michael to help me with the winning Powerball numbers. I really had that great great feeling that I looked at the camera wanting to wink at it. I only did a tiny part of it and trusted him. He gave me the numbers after I played a couple other tickets along with it for $10. I checked my ticket after the winnings came online and saw the numbers were correct including the Power play. I screamed for about 10 minutes because it felt like a dream. I had won $768.4M. You can check my winning testimony with the lottery officials just with my name search. Thank you Dr Odunga. Well, his email is odungaspelltemple@gmail.com and you can also call or Whats-app him at +2348167159012 so you guys can contact him
